Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and P.O. Boxes free of charge. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Priority Mail shipping is available and will be calculated upon checkout.

 

Transit Time

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. Generally, orders shipped to a military address are in transit for 7-45 days. This varies greatly depending on the final destination.

 

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within two business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping to P.O. Box and Military Addresses

We will ship using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

 

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecast time, please contact us at customerservice@bessentialsbaby.com so we can investigate.

 

Tracking Information

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Tracking information to a military address is limited. It is provided only when the order is transferred by USPS. When the parcel is transferred to Military Postal Service Agency (MPO), the tracking information will not be available.

 

Return policy

Returns

All other products can be sent back to us for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be new and unopened.

  1. Email  customerservice@bessentialsbaby.comwithin 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping address.
  2. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of your return package. Please include a copy of your packing slip inside your return package. We also recommend that you keep a copy for your records.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely. We recommend tracking and insuring your return package. Bessentialsis not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
  4. Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our warehouse within 45 days of receipt of the item.
  5. We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.

 

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.

 

Damage, Shortages, Defects

Any damage, shortages or defects should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. Send the complaint with photos of the entire exterior of the package, showing its overall condition; the opened package, with the contents and inner packaging inside clearly visible; and a detailed photo (close-up) of the actual damage to the item. We will handle the complaint as soon as possible.
